چکیده

Circular economy (CE) is a holistic, viable solution to the ‘take-make-dispose of’ system of linear model that enhances economic growth without threatening environmental and social value. Its principles are based on product optimisation, waste elimination regeneration natural systems. In this paper, pilot study evaluates feasibility implementing CE in construction projects, followed by development new framework with strategies for altering current activities greater circularity. To demonstrate benefits model, critical assessment its impacts industry was made considers costing, legislative action. A comprehensive developed details set indicators, action plans resources allocated assess performance strategy implementation, specifically designed building cycles. address challenge monitoring progress transition towards circularity, quantitative tools using life-cycle approach were including an embodied carbon dioxide emission calculator databases circularity indexing common materials. The framework, accompanied these tools, applied case verify combining scientific policymaking guidelines. Good practice recommendations also offered, qualitative research undertaken, enrich further.

A New Shearlet Framework for Image Denoising

Traditional noise removal methods like Non-Local Means create spurious boundaries inside regular zones. Visushrink removes too many coefficients and yields recovered images that are overly smoothed. In Bayesshrink method, sharp features are preserved. However, PSNR (Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio) is considerably low. BLS-GSM generates some discontinuous information during the course of denoising a...

A New Schedule Estimation Technique for Construction Projects

Research paper Allen studied hundreds of construction projects and developed an accu-rate, practically useful model of their labor profiles. We combine Al-len’s labor profile with standard Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and derive a simple, practical formula that estimates the fi-nal schedule from early project data. The schedule estimation formula is exact; it requires no approximati...
